Mary has over 30 years of experience in software development, project management, quality and process improvement working in both Fortune 500 and consulting services companies. She has experience working with and appraising both small and large organizations, guiding each to achieve higher levels of performance and continuous improvement with CMMI.
Mary is an acknowledged contributor to CMMI V2.0, serving on both the Appraisal Method and Security and Safety Practice Area working groups, and participated as a member of the CMMC Accreditation Body working group developing the CMMC Appraisal Method. Mary has over 20 years of experience as a certified CMMI Lead Appraiser, beginning with the SW-CMM.
