The CMMI Institute has released a new version of the CMMI Model which includes 8 Domains that you can be appraised to; Development, Services, Suppliers, Security, Safety,  Data, People,  and Virtual.  

Security breaches and data loss typically include; cyber and physical; which could be initiated by internal and/or external actors. 

Then there are the natural disasters that could destroy data repositories.
